Começou oficialmente a temporada dos Óscares. A lista completa de nomeados já foi revelada na manhã desta quinta-feira.
Está marcada para o dia 28 de fevereiro a tão aguardada cerimónia dos Óscares, sendo esta a sua 88.ª edição, organizada pela Academia de Artes e Ciências Cinematográficas, mais conhecidos por The Oscars. Este ano o evento será conduzido por Chris Rock e decorrerá, como habitualmente, no Dolby Theatre, em Los Angeles.
O grande destaque vai para The Revenant que somou um total de 12 nomeações incluindo as principais categorias, tais como Melhor Filme, Melhor Diretor e Melhor Ator Principal e Secundário. Mad Max foi outra grande surpresa com 1o nomeações, embora a grande parte sejam categorias mais técnicas. A surpresa vai para a ausência de filmes como The Danish Girl e Carol da principal categoria, embora estejam representadas noutras mais secundárias.
